Who are we?
The Misawa Enlisted Community Organization (ECO) provides a social organization to promote friendship, character enrichment, and high morale for our members. We conduct fundraisers and make charitable contributions fo the Misawa community. As dedicated as we are to community improvement, we also find time to have social functions. We have member-only events that help rejuvinate us. Some of our activities are family oriented and some are just for adult members. We are a group of people all seeking to better our base by working together. We are always seeking new members who want to help us promote a better quality of life at the base. We want to promote a friendly and social relationship among enlisted personnel, spouses and retirees from all branches of the service. Who is eligible? The ECO is unique in that it is not only a spouse’s group but is comprised of spouses, active duty members and retirees of all enlisted ranks and branches of service. Are there any fees: Annual single membership fee is $12 Annual couple membership fee is $18. When and Where? Meetings are held every third thursday of the month in building 1025 which is located across from the movie theater near the dry cleaners. Meetings start at 6:30pm. |
