To get there: Go out the Main Gate through the first traffic light. At the second intersection past the light, turh right. Continue straight until first traffic light and turn right. Drive to the end of that road and at the T intersection, turn right. You should now be on Route 8 and cross railroad tracks. Continue on this road to Noheji Town where Rt 8 will come to another T intersection where you turn right. You are still on Rt 8. Continue on until the traffic light at the intersection of Route 4. Turn right on to Rt 4 into Noheji. There are traffic lights with signs that point to Mutsu on Route 279. Go straight through the first and turn right at the second one. Continue through Noheji (about 8 traffic lights) until you come to a blinking light. Turn right at the blinking light and follow the sign for Mutsu Rt 279. After 13 kilometers, you will come to a small blue sign (279) on the left and you will see a big, fenced-in gravel pit. From this point, keep going slowly down the slope and just past the fence, turn left at the next road you see. This side road is easy to miss so drive slowly. (If you make it to the Windmill Farm, you have you have gone too far.) This road opens into a large parking lot. You can park headed in the direction of the road you just turned off of (279) so it will be easy to get out if others park behind yuo. Walk the gravel road to the beach and you will see the ships.
