Kenji World is a large indoor water park located about 2 and a half hours south of Misawa in Morioka City. You can easily spend the day there as there is plenty to do. There is also an adjacent hotel but I believe it is pretty expensive. If you want to spend the night in the area, there are other places not far from Kenji World. The folks at Misawa ITT can give you current info.

You can also get advance admission tickets from Misawa ITT. Admission is:

• Adults - $18.00
• Children 4 - 12 yrs - $12.00
• Children 3 and under - Free

Operating hours vary so please check with Misawa ITT before you go.
Kenji World is closed for maintenance from the end of February until mid March each year.
