The Main Display Area This museum is definitely worth a few hours of your time. Bring the kids and enjoy the Children’s Square, the Aviation Zone and the Science Zone. There are aircraft static displays, simulators, rides and educational gimmicks and training aids. There is a theater with a 50 minute show and a library. When the weather is right, you can enjoy a vast outdoor terrace and park. And of course there is the ever-present gift shop and cafe. The good thing is that the staff speaks English. The bad thing is that the sign all are mainly in Japanese.

The Main Display Area

To get there, go out the POL Gate and turn left at the first traffic light. Continue straight (past the airport) for 2.2km and turn left at the traffic light (there’s a Circle K on the right). Proceed 1.1km to the next traffic light and turn left. Follow this road til it enters the Museum grounds.
