The Towada City summer festival consists of tradtional Dancers, parades of floats and Mikoshi. There are over 40 entries the procession.
I believe the parade on Saturday takes place in the evening; probably starting around 6pm. The floats will be lit up. The parade on Sunday begins in the afternoon. Both days will be filled with festival sounds and food.

I'm sorry I don't have more info. I have scoured the web and didn't find much. I hesitate to give you too much info based on my previous experiences because things tend to change. My best advice is to go early, find a place to park and check things out. It's only about a 20 minute drive. Make a day of it. Misawa ITT at 226-3555 may have more info.
