NEW!"Friday Night Fights" takes place again at the Collacated Clubs. Fights begin at 9pm.

Misawa ITT still has seats open for their 11 - 15 April Kyoto tour, the 9 - 11 April Nikko tour and the 10 - 15 April Beijing tour.

The tax office will be open beginning 15 Feb. Their hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday by appointment from 8:30am til 2pm and Wednesday by applointment from 10:30am til 5pm. Fridays are reserved for 1040A and 1040EZ only and you can just walk-in. Service will be available until 15 June. Call 226-3948 for an appointment or for more info.

MEETINGS

The Top 3 meets the third Wednesday of each month at 3:30 in the Club Tohoku’s Gray Room.

Focus 5/6 meets the second Friday of the month at 11:30am in the Club Tohoku’s Faultline.

The First Four meet on the fourth Thursday of the month at 3:30pm in the Club Tohoku’s Faultline.

The Air Force Sgts Assn meets the last Wednesday of the month at 11:30 in the Club Tohoku’s Aomori Lounge.

Single or Unaccompanied NCO group meets on the first Saturday of each month in the Community Center.

The Extensive Gamers Organization host Gaming Day from 4pm until???? on the first Saturday of each month in the Community Center.

Misawa Toastmasters meet on the first and third Thursdays of the month in building 1000 at 5:30pm.

The Misawa Earth-based Religions group meets on Thursdays from 6-8pm in the Security Hill Chapel Annex.

LONG TERM INFO

The Youth Sports Program offers leagues year-round. Check out the Youth Sports website.

The Lunney Youth Center offers a variety of summer program. Check out the Youth Center webpages.

The Walmsley Bowling Center hosts youth birthday parties. They supply the party favors, food, drinks, bowling, shoes and a coupon for each child to come back and bowl again. They set up and clean up. Call them at 222-7731 for details.

Services Squadron has a Job Line. Call 226-jobs and listen to a current listing of the positions available around the base. It's updated weekly.

The onbase phone system has changed quite a bit. All home phones are now run by Verizon and the number have changed. Check out the new dialing schemes

To access toll free phone numbers in the States from an official military Class A phone, dial 94 + 809--4OFF DSN. Wait for a secend dial tone then dial the toll free number (i.e. 1-800-XXX-XXXX).
